Undoubtedly one of the most complex and fascinating Hollywood actors of all time, Steve McQueen was the very epitome of cool... The kind of guy that ‘men wanted to be – and women wanted to be with’. 

Many people are unaware that he was also a highly accomplished racing driver and competition motorcyclist... the perfect Junk Male, in fact.

This T-Shirt celebrates one of his lesser-know, cult films: ‘On Any Sunday’. As a successful desert-racer, Steve McQueen entered many grueling motorcycle races, including the Baja 1000, the Mint 400 and the Elsinore Grand Prix – usually aboard a 500cc Triumph (pictured in the sunset of this T-Shirt). 

In 1971, purely as a labour of love, Steve McQueen’s production company, Solar Productions, filmed the now legendary motorcycle documentary: On Any Sunday, a glorious tribute to off-road motorcycle and desert racing – and flat-track motorcycling. The same company also produced the famous Le Mans film.

This T-Shirt is vintage-washed in Sand-Storm Yellow – on ultra-soft 100% combed cotton. The cut and style of the shirt, is ‘Inside Out’ – meaning that the seams around the neck, shoulders and arms are pronounced for a distinctive retro-feel.
